BTC Sessions just made a very helpful guide for newbies who want to run their own lightning node. Frankly, Lightning is a bit of a geeky mess, and while it’s fun to do the DIY, some people just don’t have the time or the patience to learn all that.
Thankfully there’s an iPhone version of that. And by iPhone, I mean sleek, with a designer interface and easy to use installation. Get the Umbrel node from https://getumbrel.com. Personally I went with Raspiblitz but I have to admit that Umbrel is doing wonders for widespread adoption, they’re all over twitter.
